Monique Daigle

Trainer and Certified Coach

The majority of Monique Daigle’s 35-year career has taken place working in Québec’s public service. She held a number of different positions, including as a strategic consultant to senior management and as a ministerial general secretary, as well as in the capacity of chair and member of management committees at different organizations. Today, she divides her time between strategic consulting, professional coaching and sharing her knowledge of strategic management and leadership. In addition, she contributes to applied educational research at International Mozaik on coaching and leadership.

In every position she has held throughout her career, Monique has been at the heart of large-scale projects. These experiences gave her an opportunity to tackle issues such as organization transformation management, crisis management, human resources management and management team development.

As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), she excels at repositioning organizations’ missions, redefining their policies and conducting global organization assessments, all in respect of rules, regulations and resources. Over the years, her experience building on past foundations, helping to craft organizations’ futures, ensuring the professional development of managers and taking team action have not only informed her method, but have also formed the basis of her vision and educational approach.
