With more than 25 years of experience in the business world, including 15 years in senior management positions, such as Vice-President and President, Michèle has a solid management experience, as well as a keen business sense and in-depth understanding of organizational issues and dynamics. Her business experience has allowed her to be recognized for the quality of her leadership, as well as her ability to understand the issues, to define a strategic vision and to generate results. She has worked in management in a wide variety of industries – such as consulting, aeronautics, manufacturing, the brewing industry, media and publishing. Michèle has also been involved in various business associations as president and vice-president.

A coaching approach with Michèle brings clarity, vision, focus and action. She sees herself as a contributor to the leader and company' success. Her structured and rigorous coaching approach has as its starting point the understanding of the issues, the elaboration of the goals and the identification of the actions that need to be taken. She is known for her ability to help her clients identify major issues, clarify problems and identify relevant actions. Based on her solid experience as an executive coach for leaders, entrepreneurs and managers for more than 10 years and her business experience of more than 25 years, Michèle Cyr designed a practical and innovative leadership development program for leaders who want results: the Executive Leadership Path (NOVO LEADER Program).

Michèle Cyr holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce from McGill University, a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation and a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In addition, she acts as a trainer for professional coaches and managers to help them develop the "leader coach" attitude.
