Izabel Coutu acts as a professional coach, trainer and consultant in leadership development within various organizations. She is a PCC coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

She accompanies professionals, managers and teams to help them become actors-creators of human and inspiring organizational cultures. She also supports aspiring coaches through mentoring, training and supervision activities.

Her interventions are based on neurosciences, as well as on the systems and practices of mindfulness. As a curious and creative practitioner, she stands out for her ability to build trusty relationships with her clients and business partners.

In addition to a Master's Degree in organizational development, Izabel holds rigorous training certificates in coaching (Mozaik) and CBMT (Corporate Based Mindfulness Training). She is also a certified Leadership Circle Practitioner (LCP), which is a complete tool and a powerful model for improving leadership development and effectiveness.
