Equipped with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, a master’s degree in finance and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Nathalie Carey has more than 22 years of experience in personnel management, project management, continuous improvement, business consulting and change management.
She has overseen multiple large-scale projects and managed numerous employees and teams, demonstrating her positive leadership and talent as a communicator. As a seasoned manager, Nathalie has contributed to the success of large international companies in Quebec and worked for more than six years in the United States, including two years at Toyota’s corporate headquarters in Kentucky. Her professionalism also took her to Maine, Arkansas and California.
