Natacha Viens

Coach, Consultant and Leadership Trainer

A highly qualified and dynamic trainer, speaker, coach and leader, Natacha has spent more than 25 years facilitating workshops and meetings, designing and delivering customized training programs, managing world-class training projects and organizational development initiatives, as well as coaching executives and managers. She holds a Master’s degree in Education and Training Management from University of Sherbrooke, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from Laval University. She is a member of Quebec’s Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés (Chartered Professionals in Human Resources) and of the International Coach Federation (ICF). She also holds multiple certifications including SuccessFinder, NOVA Profile, AtmanCo, DiSC and MBTI®.

As the Chief Learning and Development Wizard at Edgenda, she leads a variety of bilingual leadership and team development mandates. She contributes to the success of organizations by focusing on interventions that improve and optimize the potential, performance and efficiency of individuals and teams. Natacha is recognized for her talent to motivate, inspire, and mobilize people into action, and to make the talents of her team shine. Since 2017, she also has led different change management and leadership development initiatives with Desjardins, whose On the Move program won the distinguished Mercuriades award in 2019, as well as the Brandon Hall Group Award of Excellence for Best Use of a Blended Learning Program.

She works in partnership with her clients to ensure that their training and organizational development initiatives are profitable investments. Participants in her programs come away with the courage and audacity to optimize their potential and make a difference. In addition to being an excellent bilingual coach and trainer, she is first and foremost passionate about people.
