Marie-Pier St-Hilaire, CEO
Marie-Pier St-Hilaire has not only embraced change but has turned change and knowledge management into a profitable business. Marie-Pier was just 22 when she opened AFI. She managed the company while completing her MBA and then moved it to the wider marketplace in Quebec. AFI has grown to over 150 employees and exclusive partners and its now rank in the top 300 SMB’s in Quebec. As a creative leader, Marie-Pier also act as a reference to senior executives in the private and public sectors. True to her values, she devotes time to organized fundraisers for various organizations particularly those affecting health and young businesses.
